Greg's 60th Birthday

It was a day we will never forget!  All of Greg's children and grandchildren surprised him by coming into town on a beautiful Saturday morning.  He was working outside on the yard and so we all had to park around the corner.  With the grandkids in front, we all started walking down the steet to his house while singing "Happy Birthday" as loud as we could.

His reaction.........

The kids had a great time greeting one another while the adults chatted and settled in.
Then it was time for Family Pictures!
The Whole Shupe Group!

Carolyn, Becky, Diana, and of course, the Prince Paul!!!

You can't have a day with ALL the cousins at Grandma's and not swim....that would be pre-posterous!

AND YES......the birthday cake did have 60 candles on it.  Emily, Janey, and Marissa made sure of that!
It was a great day that went by all too fast and we hope to share in many more birthdays for
GRANDPA!!!

Bowling With The Bittons

It's fun to have friends to hang out with.
Ryan and Dallin are great buds who enjoy eating pizza and a good game of bowling.

A little competition doesn't come between these friends!

Angela just proves one of life's greatest theories...
"if your child is sad....feed him".

Julia, Jared, and Ryan

Paul and I are great bowling partners...he gets a Stirke...I get a Gutter!!!

My sweetheart....she loves bowling just as much as the other kiddos!

Happy New Year 2009!

What better way to spend the day than at Mt. Laguna playing in the snow!

Because we have never lived anywhere where we needed a sled...we had to be resourceful and found.....
the Boogie Board works just as well!

Ryan built the tiniest snowman ever made!

Chloe and Callista just sparkled in all the snow!
We have high hopes for a fun and happy 2010!
